Breathalyzer Attorney in Dayton
There are three different Breathalyzers used in Ohio: BAC Datamaster, Intoxilyzer 5000, and Intoxilyzer 8000. The Intoxilyzer 8000 is the most recent machine Ohio has adopted but there are still a number of police agencies in the state that use the BAC Datamaster. The 5000 is the least used.
Each machine has its own procedure and functions. Also, each machine has its own weaknesses that can be used to help your case. The Breathalyzer report is one of the biggest factors in winning or losing your case. At Kane Law Offices, we know those weaknesses and how to exploit them to help defend you in your OVI case.
